Peppermint

Peppermint is a medicinal and aromatic herb and can grow up to 1 meter high. With its intensive mint-scented leaves, peppermint has a refreshing effect and increases concentration. To obtain 1 liter of oil, around 100 kg of mint leaves are steam distilled. In very small doses ideal for the sauna infusion.
