Birch-Sage Whisk

Our exclusive, original, and premium birch whisk is meticulously crafted from fresh branches of the lush, non-flowering weeping birch (Latin: Betula pendula), complemented by a blend sage branches.

Carefully selecting only the supple front ends, we ensure a softer and more delightful experience on the skin. After binding the individual branches, the cluster is left to dry in a breezy, shaded spot.

The water used for soaking the whisk (infusion) serves as an excellent sauna infusion. Please refer to the provided usage guidelines for optimal results! Alternatively, owing to its pleasantly intense aroma, you can simply hang the whisk in the sauna after soaking.

Use of the Whisks

Prior to utilizing the sauna whisks, it is advisable to spend a few minutes pre-sweating in the sauna to open up the pores. Simultaneously, immerse the sauna whisks in water (30 minutes cold, followed by 2 minutes hot). After taking a shower, re-enter the sauna and employ the sauna whisk. Glide the whisk in sweeping motions across the entire body, maintaining a horizontal position for an even heat distribution.
