Blood Orange

The blood orange is a citrus fruit with dark red flesh and slightly reddish skin. The evergreen orange trees are cultivated in the Mediterranean region. To obtain the wonderfully orange-scented essential oil, the peels of the fruit (approx. 200-300 kg per liter) are cold-pressed. A fruity, fresh, sweetish scent. Ideal for infusion in the sauna.
